For access to the BrokerBay platform, please register as a secondary member to the MIBOR BLC through the MIBOR Membership department. Agents not subscribed to the BLC do not have access to the platform.
MIBOR understands the importance of creating efficiencies with neighboring MLSs, however access and use of the BrokerBay platform is a benefit to MIBOR BLC subscribers. When working with non-MIBOR agents it is important that the listing details are communicated prior to scheduling a showing. MIBOR recommends the buyer’s agent reach out to the listing agent to ensure they understand the terms associated with the listing. At that point, the listing agent – or their admin – can help coordinate a showing.
