Searches: Run vs. Edit



Clicking the RE-RUN icon for an AUTOMATIC SEARCH will remind you that running this search will:

a. Find new matches since the last search
b. Update the # of New results count as well as the "Last Run" data
c. Send any notification emails, if needed



Clicking the EDIT icon for an AUTOMATIC SEARCH will open the Save Search options you have put into place:

a. Who is this search for?
b. Are these the filters you still want applied?
c. How often should this search run?
d. How would you like messages/notifictions to appear?



From the My Searches window in the Search module, you can also choose to RUN any of your Previous or Saved Searches without having to open the Prospecting Manager.
