Showing Agents can utilize the Live Concierge Service to call in and book on listings.
Listing Agents get the competitive edge of being able to use the Concierge Service to process any listing contacts set up as a Must Call.
While editing listing contacts, toggle Must Call next to those clients that are not as pro-SMS or e-mail. This will ensure that the Live Concierge Service must call that individual to let them know about the showing or to request permission for the showing via a live phone call before processing.
How to Access the Live Concierge Service
After logging in to your Dashboard, click View Live Concierge button to the right of the screen.
Or, click your initials/display picture in the top right corner and choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

Individual Agent Purchase
You have two options in using the Price Estimate Indicator.
A.
Type in an estimated number
in the Active Listings Price Estimator field.
B. Use the “Select my current total # of listings” link underneath the field and allow BrokerBay to automatically count what your price would be based on current number of listings.
When ready, choose the Enable
button to view more options for customization.
To the top left is a box prompting
you which listings you would like to enable. Clicking the Enable All button
will automatically service your active listings
by the Live Concierge team. The Disable All button will remove the setting.
To the top right is a box
asking if you would like to set concierge up as a default. If choosing to toggle
this feature on, the next listing you post to the BLC will pull in to BrokerBay
with the Live Concierge Service already enabled.
You can also action the Live Concierge Service through the listing’s Showing Configuration screen.
Full Brokerage Purchase
Only Managing Brokers can arrange for Live Concierge Service across all listings in the brokerage. They can access via the same Concierge button located on their Dashboard as other agents, or via their Admin tab followed by the Live Concierge Service button, and clicking the Enable button.
Managing Brokers can purchase the service for all listings across the brokerage, or view individual listing options and granularly choose to turn the service on or off on a per-listing basis.
· Pricing is available with BrokerBay calculator through each stage of setting up the live concierge service.
· Pricing fluctuates depending on the number of listings you have, and it is prorated. This means users are not billed for a fixed rate; the price is calculated based on how much you've used the service.
· No need to pay for the live concierge service for the whole month; you only must pay for the time that your listing was Active with that service.
