1. Choose to Add New Listing from the Listings module. You can also add new listings from the Shortcuts widget and/or My Listings/Transactions page.
2. Complete Steps 1-2. In Step 3, choose to Autofill from Tax & BLC data [Clone + Tax]. Enter the Address, and/or Parcel Number, then select the county, zip code, or FIPS Code from the drop-down menu. Click Continue for Step 4.
Tip: If using the address, you can enter the street number and street name. The directional prefix, suffix, and street type are not required.
3. Click on any resulting Listing IDs to preview historical listings. Click the checkbox of the record you prefer followed by the Next button.
Tip: You can click on the Listing ID to view the entire record. This will help to verify that you are selecting the correct listing to clone.
4. The BLC link and house icon will appear through the rest of the Add/Edit module next to information that was cloned from the previous listing. However, you can still edit these fields if/when needed.
