IF EMAILING TO AN EXISTING CLIENT:
1. Select the checkbox(es) next to the properties you wish to email. Click the email icon to the top right.
2. Ensure you are sending the correct amount of listings to the right person in your database; check the box next to "BCC me" if you'd like notification that this email is being sent.
3. Name the search; this is the same Folder/Search name that will appear in the Client Portal.
IF EMAILING TO A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT:
1. Open the listing and click on the public portal link at the top.
2. Choose the e-mail option for your device.
NOTE: If using the Print PDF function and attaching a listing in an email external from the system, this is a static capture. The drawback to this process is that if anything on the listing is changed from the time of delivery to the time the client opens it, the client will be viewing outdated data.
