How To: Reverse Prospecting in the BLC
Reverse Prospecting is a way to match your Sellers’ property listings with interested Buyers.
To take advantage of this feature, when you enter your Client’s information into connectBLC, it is important that you check Yes for Reverse Prospecting.
To Reverse Prospect for one of your listings, navigate to the My Listings & Transactions page.
Select the corresponding checkbox next to the listing, and select Rev. Prospect.
The resulting list will display Buyer’s Agents’ information if they have a Client whose search terms match your listing. You have the ability to send an individual email to the potential buyer agent or send a mass email to multiple agents.
Notes:
- After Reverse Prospecting, the Listing Agent of the property WILL NOT be able to see the Buyer’s contact information. The Listing Agent will only be able to see the Buyer’s Agent’s contact information. The Listing Agent can click the email icon to contact the Buyer’s Agent and provide the Client Public ID to determine which of the Buyer’s Agent’s Clients may be interested in the listing.
- Reverse Prospecting is updated overnight. Reverse Prospecting figures will not display for new listing entries until the next morning.
