In the event that updates are needed on a pending listing, a member can simply access the edit screen for that listing and make changes.
There are several different ways to access the "Change Sales Data" screen.
Option 1: Hover over "Listings" on the top left side. Select "Change Sales Data" then type or copy and paste the listing ID into the text field.
Option 2: Hover over listings on the top left side, then select View/Manage My listings and transactions. Locate the row that the listing address is on and click on the pencil to open the edit menu, then select "Change Sales Data".
Option 3: Type or copy and paste the Listing ID or address into the SmartBar at the top of the screen. Next, click on the listing as it appears beneath. Click on the Additional Info icon at the top right of the listing sheet.
Changes in this section include but are not limited to:
I: The projected close date may be updated if necessary per the BLC compliance policy.
II: The purchase contract date may also be corrected if there was an initial clerical error.
III: A Co-Buyer Agent may be added if originally omitted.
Important: If an offer is mutually released but another offer is accepted, the buyer agent and dates should not be updated. The listing should be returned to an active status, then pended with the data listed in the new purchase agreement.
