You may only unlock a lock box using the BrokerBay app and/or the Access Code provided by BrokerBay during the times of your approved showing. If you arrive too early or too late, your access will not be valid and the lock box will not open. If you need to change the time for your appointment to earlier or later, you must first cancel the showing you have already booked and reschedule for a new time.
