1. Check Notification Settings to ensure all Text Message toggles for your Office Messages are ON.
2. Check the Manage Listing Contacts section of the showing configurations page to ensure settings are correct.
3. Select for Broker Bay to send showing instruction by SMS during Step 1 of booking.
4. Check Account Settings in Broker Bay to ensure the phone number associated with your mobile device is correct.
5. Try adding BrokerBay to the Contacts library on your device.
If you have tried all of the above and are still not receiving text messages, check to see if Broker Bay is, in fact, initiating text messages by viewing the communication logs associated with a listing.
1. Click on the listing, followed by the Showings tab, and finally the View Details button.
2. Scroll down and click on the SMS Delivery Log tab to see if/when texts are being sent.
3. Contact MIBOR with the information you have obtained so they can escalate your issue to Broker Bay for quicker troubleshooting.
