Knowledge Base & Email Ticket Submission
2. Click on the "How can I help you?" button to the bottom right of the page.
3. Choose whether you'd like to search for information via the Knowledge Base or send an email Ticket
to the helpdesk.
4. Searching by Knowledge Base: Choose which Knowledge Base and Category best fit your query.
Scroll to view article topics such as Broker Listing Cooperative, Member Services, or Technology
Updates.
Tip: Once a category has been selected, Click on the magnifying glass to reveal the search
bar.
5. Send an email ticket to the helpdesk: Type in your name in the Contact Name filed.
Add your Email address and add a Subject line. Add comments related to your
inquiry and upload any documents or media by clicking on the paperclip, then hit
Submit.
Note: Click on the X at the bottom to return to the MIBOR Central Homepage.
