Legal Support Hotline

Legal Support Hotline

Members, or REALTORS®, can use the IAR website to get legal support, access statewide transactional forms, find broker and managing broker CE classes plus other professional development opportunities, track pending legislation and regulations at the state Capitol, learn how to keep their real estate license current, and stay on top of important industry news by visiting https://www.indianarealtors.com/.

Members, or REALTORS®, can use the IAR website to get legal support by accessing their legal library, full of relevant information that might answer the question instead of having to make a call.

If you have a question or concern that requires legal opinion and you are designated to access the Legal Hotline provided by the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, please contact them at 1.800.444.5472 or submit your question online at www.indianarealtors.com/legal-hotline.  Via the Legal Hotline, experienced real estate attorneys offer counsel on topics such as Indiana license law, contracts, agency relationships, and the seller’s disclosure form. Plus, with typical attorney fees in excess of $200 per hour—nearly as much as our annual dues–it’s a money-saver, too!

NOTE: Only Managing Brokers and those they specifically designate with IARs Legal Hotline can call or submit a question If you are a Managing Broker and you'd like to grant one of your licensees permission to contact the legal hotline, click on this link and sign into your account https://indianarealtors.com/legal/legal-hotline/

You can select the option to Authorize A User or Edit/Void A Users Authorization.

IAR attorneys are available to Managing Broker members and their designated agents Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
