If you have a question or concern that requires legal opinion and you are designated to access the Legal Hotline provided by the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, please contact them at 1.800.444.5472 or submit your question online at www.indianarealtors.com/legal-hotline. NOTE: Only Managing Brokers and those they specifically designate with IARs Legal Hotline can call or submit a question. Via the Legal Hotline, experienced real estate attorneys offer counsel on topics such as Indiana license law, contracts, agency relationships, and the seller’s disclosure form. Plus, with typical attorney fees in excess of $200 per hour—nearly as much as our annual dues–it’s a money-saver, too!
