The housing market is one of the largest and most important sectors of the U.S. economy. To understand the market trends one must analyze activity in both month-over-month and year-over-year. In our Market Insights Report, MIBOR REALTOR® Association (MIBOR) provides a market analysis of the MIBOR service area creating a single, timely, reliable source of data. This report can be found at www.mibor.com/marketinsights.

Based on the date the data is pulled and the type of data pulled, our report may differ slightly from other housing reports across the state, including IAR.

Our Market report is pulled between the 5th and 7th day of the month for the previous month’s data. In addition, MIBOR has removed townhouse/condo inventory from the data as it represents a very small portion of our market.
