Market Share Report

The Market Share Report is available for all users, also referred to as the "Ranking Report" when selecting the "All Agents" and "Top #" in the criteria.

Hover over Reports within the top menu.

Default status, property type, and report types can be adjusted by using the menu arrows or radio buttons. The default timeframe for activity is 12 months. This can be changed using either the menu arrow to change the months of activity, or clear and use the calendar functions instead.

The report will include Active offices and agents unless the selection is changed to include past members.

Set the desired type of report, criteria, and timeframe and use the "Generate Report" button to produce a report that can be saved as a PDF or Excel export.

The report will generate on the next page and can be printed, emailed, exported, customized, or saved as a PDF document.  

The Customize Report option will allow you to change the display and and or remove charts or tables within your report.  Hit OK once your selections have been chosen. 

Note:  Please see the key that is included within the report.  It contains pertinent information about how the figures are calculated.
