MIBOR BLC Property Types

MIBOR BLC Property Types

Residential : Residential property is property zoned specifically for living or dwelling for individuals or households; it may include standalone single-family dwellings to a unit in a large, multi-unit apartment building. For listing purposes, this is restricted to a single dwelling space.
      Types included: Single Family Residential, Condominium, Townhouse, Farm with Residence, Manufactured Home

Residential Income: Residential Income Property is Multi-family properties of two to four (2-4) units, which may potentially generate income for the buyer. Use this Property Type when the entire Duplex, Triplex, or Quadruplex is for sale.
      Types included: Duplex, Triplex, Quadruplex

Land: Land Property means Underlying Property on which no structural improvements exist (specifically excluding such infrastructure such as utilities, parking areas, or adjacent roads).
      Types included: Residential Land, Commercial Land, Farm (no residence)

Commercial: Commercial property is buildings and land that are intended for profit-generating activities rather than regular residential purposesListings can be listed for Sale or for Lease transaction type.
      Types included: Business, Hotel/Motel, Industrial, Mixed Use, Mobile Home Park, Multi-Family (5+ Units), Office, Retail, Warehouse
