My MasterLock lockbox appears to be non-responsive.

The lock could be in a state that requires a Bluetooth unlock/interaction to clear it out. Also note that there is no timeout period for leaving the door open or removing the shackle. This means if the door or shackle appear to stay unlocked and "non-responsive" to your actions, use Bluetooth to unlock the mechanism. This should re-sync anything that needs it; then, retry after the Bluetooth interaction has taken place.

Other possible "lock outs" not related to Bluetooth are as follows:
  1. 3 failed invalid code attempts on device = lock out of device for 1 minute, can attempt after that time
  2. 3 invalid password attempts on login = lock out of software for 1 minute, can attempt after that time
