Before calling in for support, here are a few questions that may help!
1. What version of iOS are you currently running? To check this, open your Settings app and tap General. Under Software Update, you can ensure both (a) if you are running the most current version and (b) if Automatic Updates are turned ON for your device.
2. Do you have automatic updates turned on for all your apps? To check this, open your Settings app and tap App Store. Under Automatic Downloads, you can ensure that the App Updates toggle is ON.
3. Have you put any device settings into place that could be altering your display? To check this: (a) Open your Settings app and tap Display & Brightness. For Text Size and Display Zoom, are the settings standard?
(b) Also in your Settings app but under Accessibility, look at Zoom and Display & Text Sizes.
Within the Per-App Settings, you can add BrokerBay and then tap on it to customize options.
4. Other than the display on your app, do the other areas of your BrokerBay platform appear to be functioning properly?
- Can you book a showing?
- Are you able to view showing confirmation/instruction?
- Can you send/receive messages?
