My lockbox did not come programmed with a Sharing Code.

My lockbox did not come programmed with a Sharing Code.

This particular issue must be escalated to the lock box vendor through MIBOR. Because access to MIBOR's Showing Platform includes the cost of programming for lock boxes purchased through our Realtor Store, MIBOR must make the request to Master Lock on your behalf in order to bypass the payment requirement.

NOTE: This only applies to lock boxes purchased from the MIBOR store. If the lock box was purchased through a retailer or directly from the Master Lock website, the lock box upgrade cost of $50 per box will apply.
