Service Partners are professionals who provide services related to a real estate transaction that you may want to refer to your Clients (i.e., Lenders, Title Companies, Inspectors, Insurance Agents, Home Warranty Company, Attorneys, etc.). Upon adding their information, you can choose to display it within your Clients’ connectBLC web pages as a way to provide additional value to your Clients and ensure efficient transactions.

Entering accurate Service Partner (SP) information is important. Upon referring an SP to your Client, their basic contact information will be displayed within the Recommended Services section of the Client Web Page and your Client will be able to contact them.

1. Access your Service Partners from anywhere in connectBLC by clicking on the My Service Partners icon at the top right of any connectBLC screen. You can also access your Service Partners by clicking on the My Service Partners link on the My BLC Home Page.
2. You can sort your Service Partners by their Last Name or by Category.
3. By clicking on a Service Partner’s last name, you can view their connectBLC business card. By clicking on the Pencil icon, you can edit their contact information.
