Photo Rules and Requirements

Photo Rules and Requirements

The BLC Rules require a minimum of 2 photos within 2 business days of the List Date or prior to changing to Pending, with the Primary Photo being the property exterior. Additionally, the BLC Rules do not permit photos containing legible real estate signage, such as contact information or agent/brokerage information, people, or animals/pets. Watermarks are also not permitted with the exception of the MIBOR logo watermark.

You can also upload scanned documents and photos in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .tif formats as well as others. These images can be viewed in software installed on most computers. However, a several page document scanned in these formats is likely to be quite large. Large documents could take a long time to upload and load when viewing. A 1 megabyte file uploaded over a standard 56KB Modem could take over 5 minutes to upload. The document will take significantly less time over a high speed connection.  There is no maximum limit of photos that can be added to a listing.

Note:  Reusing another agent's listing photos requires the previous agent's permission. Please have written permission on hand from the previous agent via text, email, etc in the event that the listing is             reported for violation.
