Possible Financing

Possible Financing

The possible financing field contains the terms that a property either qualifies for or
the terms that the seller is willing to accept for purchase.
When inputting a listing, a member can navigate to the Contract Info tab.  Locate the
Possible Financing field and click on the drop-down caret.  Multiple options will become
available to select.

Note:  If the Cash Only option is highlighted, this will prevent other financing terms from being
selected.  Cash Only implies that this is the only acceptable method of purchase.   A pop-up
message will display at the top of the edit screen and prompt you to de-select the other
selections.
