Property Flyers

  1. To access the flyer program first click the Reports icon on the navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on the Property Flyers link.
  3. To create a new flyer, click Add New Flyer at the top of the screen. To select a saved flyer, click on the name of the flyer.
  4. When creating a new flyer you will first be prompted to select a flyer Template Name (Step 1). The templates you can choose between are (1) Single photo, (2) Multiple photos, (3) Thumbnail photos, or (4) No photo.Enter or select a client name and the BLC number, as shown above.
    • Step 2: The client in this case will typically be the seller for your listing.
    • Step 3: If the flyer is for a listing already added to the BLC, you can auto-populate listing information and photos.
  5. When finished, click Continue.
  6. If you need to upload photos, you can do so by clicking the Choose File button to retrieve a photo from your hard drive, as shown below. 
  7. You can modify the standard look of the text on the flyer directly on this page.
  8. Your personal photo and company contact information will display on the flyer. To change your personal settings, see Contact Information in Settings.
  9. You can change the color of the border at the top of the screen to match the text you used or you can choose not to include a border at all. 
  10. When your flyer is complete you can click on Generate Flyer Report to display the flyer in its final form.
  11. When you’re ready to print, click Print Flyer at the top of the Generate Flyer Report screen.
  12. Click Save Flyer at the top of the screen when you are finished customizing and then you can access it through the Flyers link under the Reports icon.

Note: The size and layout of photos on the flyer depends on your selected template. You can type a short caption beneath the supplemental photos if you have chosen the Thumbnail Photos template.
