Manufactured Homes are factory- built houses that contain pieces that are transportable in one or more sections. The home is built on a permanent chassis (frame) that makes it easy for trucks to deliver the parts to the build site. There are two configurations available: Single-wide One rectangular unit and Double-wide: Two Units that are connected together post delivery.  This can be referenced in MIBOR BLC Public Records (CRS Data) by clicking on Public Records, searching the County/Address, and reviewing the Property Summary section.
