Use the top menu navigation to select a search type:

Use the Show Map button to open the map search:

Use the "Center On" function to enter the subject property address:

This will "pin" the location on the map. Use the radius layer to select the distance from subject you'd like to include:

Select the statuses and any other relevant criteria to include in the search:

Review and Select the listings you want to include in the analysis, then click the "CMA Summary" icon in the top right menu:

Add graph elements using the top Quick Statistics/Charts menu, and the "Customize" option:

Print or Email to a client using the top menu elements.
