Reactivating a Listing after Pending Fallout

Reactivating a Listing after Pending Fallout

The BLCĀ® Policy does not specifically address the allowance of placing a listing back on market after a pending contract termination and MIBOR cannot provide you with legal advice. Generally accepted business practice allows activation of a listing if a Mutual Release has been executed by all parties or the purchase agreement contract is expired. If there is a dispute preventing execution of a Mutual Release or any other issue or question exists, we recommend you consult your attorney or the IAR Legal Hotline at 1.800.444.5472or submit your question online at www.indianarealtors.com/legal-hotline.
