You can refer a Service Partner (SP) to your Clients after you have added them to your My Service Partners contact list in connectBLC. When you refer a SP to a Client, their contact information is displayed on your Client’s connectBLC web page.

When you refer a SP  to a client, they also receive information about that client on their private connectBLC web page. They will be able to see limited information, including your name and your client’s name so that they have a record of how they were referred, but the client drives initiating the contact. You can refer your SP to your clients in two ways: Automatic Referral or Manual Referral.
