BrokerBay Release Notes: 2022-02-16

BrokerBay Web v3.35
New:
  • Office 365 is now available as a calendar integration option.
Improvements:
  • Unlicensed administrators can now book showings for brokerage agents on all BrokerBay listings.
  • The Universal Search Bar will no longer briefly display an error message when typing.
  • Branch Administrators now have full access to listings when one co-listing agent falls within their assigned branch.
  • When booking a showing, the External Dashboard will now display available SMS notification options.
  • Attempting to add a Team Administrator with a duplicated email address will now generate an in-line error message.
  • When offers are disabled, users will no longer be able to access the offer registration page through a direct link.
  • Answering Service users can now see the custom contact tab regardless of how they accessed a listing.
  • The BrokerBay Files area will now accurately display item names, page numbers, and sub-folders.
  • When sending a listing announcement, lists will now be formatted as they appear on the screen.
  • Showing approval settings will now be saved when the "Turn off Showings" toggle is enabled.
BrokerBay Mobile v1.19
New:
  • Office 365 is now available as a calendar integration option.
Improvements:
  • On iOS, new unread notifications will now be immediately reflected in the app's badge count.
  • Attempting to save a profile without a valid email or mobile number will no longer generate an error.
