Feature Enhancements:

• Certain types of showings can now be booked via BrokerBay's automated platform even when the listing status is sold, leased, or when the Turn Off Showings feature is enabled
  • This includes buyer visits, appraisals, and home inspections
• The Showing Activity Report now contains a toggle to remove showing agent information
• When new showings are disabled using the Turn Off Showings feature on a property set to auto-confirm appointments, the showing configuration will now automatically be adjusted to seller/contacts to confirm
• All instances of Lock Box within BrokerBay have been changed to Combination Lockbox
• The following changes have been made to our Appointment Desk feature:
  • Appointment Desk users now have access to all BrokerBay listings, brokerages, and agents
  • The Appointment Desk search bar has been visually updated to better align with the platform
  • All instances of Appointment Desk have been changed to Live Concierge Service

Feature Fixes:

• Manually entered Open Houses will no longer be overridden by ones imported from the board
• All showings will now correctly reflect the listing's time zone
• The Admin Queue's Showings tab will now correctly reflect new showings
• The Admin Queue's Showings tab will now correctly remove showings on deleted listings
• A user selecting the Yes, I'm active button in the Chat Tool will now re-enable the feature
• For US clients, showing cancellations and denials can now be overridden to send via SMS
• Team Administrators will now be correctly redirected to the listing homepage when taking actions from within the Team Dashboard
• The following adjustments have been made to our Tours feature:
  • Agents can now select a non-default duration for a draft showing
  • Agents hovering over an unavailable time slot will now see a more informative error message
