New Features:

• Agents can now set up default BrokerBay Showing Configuration settings for their listings
  • Default settings can be set via Account Settings -> Listing Settings
  • These settings will then be applied to any new listings under that agent

Feature Enhancements:

• Listings associated with non-BrokerBay brokerages will now be visible in platform searches
• The following enhancements have been made to our Tours feature:
  • Improved experience for agents using the single sign-on feature from their MLS
    • Users will now be brought to the appropriate dashboard, depending on if the listing is with BrokerBay or an alternative provider
    • Error messages have been re-written to provide next steps and helpful information
  • Improved experience for agents creating or editing a Tour
    
    • A prompt will now ask the agent to name the Tour
    • The default Tour name has been re-imagined to better reflect the creator
• Messages sent using our Message Agents feature will now have the listing's address in the email subject line
• In the US market, room measurements will now always be displayed in feet
• In MIBOR, users with suspended status will now have their BrokerBay login disabled

Feature Fixes:

• Users who update their association of record with one of our MLS partners will now have their existing BrokerBay profile updated to reflect the change
• Users with member numbers that match another BrokerBay client will no longer experience issues using our single-sign-on feature
• Alarm details (if present) will now be listed on all BrokerBay showing notification methods 
• Newly created users will now be pre-activated; allowing them to log in without an error message
• Additional mentions of Answering Service have been replaced with Live Concierge Service
• Duplicate emails will no longer be sent in the event a Team and Agent have an identical email
