Feature Enhancements: 

• Licensed Users and Realtors will now have the ability to manually merge / combine their own listings via their Dashboard
• Licensed Users and Realtors will now have a Duplicates Tab in their Dashboard which will provide automatic suggestions to merge listings
• Team Admin Users will have the ability to manually merge / combine listings associated with their team within the Dashboard and My Team section
• Listing Agents will receive email notifications when an automatic merge suggestion for their listing has populated under their Duplicates Tab
• Content for Showing Confirmation Email Notification has been updated to include a Google/Apple Maps hyperlink, list the day of appointment, full address, and Showing Agent Contact Details if permitted
• While drafting a custom feedback template, users will now see a warning modal confirming if they intend to leave the page and lose unsaved changes
• More non-agent showing options have been included to provide agents with more specific information about the visit

Bug Fixes:

• Toggling off "Collecting Feedback" will no longer change the Use Template to 'Custom'
• Tours Feature - Confirmed showings that were previously Suggested will now leave the Tour queue once confirmed
• Offer Settings - The offer registration template will now populate the default template for new listings as opposed to 'Custom'
• Co-Listing Agents will now import with newly brokerloaded listings
