Released Date Definition
Seller(s) and Participant and Listing Agent complete a Mutual Release contract to release each other from all rights, duties and liabilities in respect to the Listing Contract and agree that the Listing Contract shall be rescinded and of no further force or effect whatsoever.
The date a property was released from the listing contract as it appears on the Mutual Release document.
Listings will automatically change to expired status at 11:59:59 p.m. on the day released.

Date property was taken off market.
The brokerage retains a valid listing contract with the seller, subject to original expiration date, but the property is no longer being marketed for sale/lease.
