We regret to announce that our lengthy partnership with Remine has been terminated, and services will be discontinued at the end of April.
In early March, Remine customers were notified that the company would be sold through a process called an “Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors” (“ABC”). The timing of the MIBOR contract term with Remine allowed for a timely exit with no complications, which under the sale circumstances, the MSC Board and MIBOR BLC® leadership felt was in the best interest for our members.
We are currently investigating replacement options for some of the more popular features offered by Remine, like the Sell Score and detailed Mortgage Rate information for property and prospecting purposes.
Please note that features like listing prospecting, detailed owner information and easy mailing label generation are available in both the Public Records (CRS®) platform and Realtors Property Resource (RPR®).
Training is offered on both these resources to assist with using them effectively, so you and your agents don’t lose any productivity with this change.
