Rental Listing Syndication
As you may know, Zillow Group recently altered their business
model regarding syndication of lease listings posted in the BLC® (for more
information on this, please click here).
In response to member feedback, MIBOR has updated the process for members who
would like to facilitate their listing delivery to Zillow's rental site via the
BLC® Listing Service. To display on Zillow Rentals, Brokers and agents will be
required to complete a Feed Connect Agreement as well as a Broker Feed
Agreement in order to opt into the Rental Feed Connect program using MIBOR as
the data source.
If brokers are interested
in getting started with Rental Display, they can reach out to the Zillow
Rentals Sales Team at rentalfeedinquiries@zillowgroup.com.
If you have an existing agreement in place, use of the syndication field to
Zillow Rentals will allow the BLC® to provide your listing information in the
data feed for display.
