Reporting a Problem

If you run into an issue while using connectBLC or see something that may need some improvement, you can click on the Help icon in the top toolbar, choose Feedback, select the appropriate item from the drop-down menu and click Send.

Alternatively, you can access this option through the Settings page.

  1. Select Settings from the Settings and Sign-Out Menu in the upper right hand corner of the navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on the Email us your Feedback/Question/Problem link under Customer Support and fill out the information requested. An email will be automatically generated and sent on your behalf to the help desk. If applicable, you will be contacted with a resolution to your problem.
