In the BLC, estimates of value on 3rd party site are referred to as the "Internet Automated Valuation Display." To restrict these valuations, choose NO from the Internet Automated Valuation Display Yes/No field while in the Media tab of the Add/Edit module.

If you do not see this field, ensure the Internet Entire Listing Display Yes/No field has been set to YES.
