Saved Search Concierge

After creating a search, go to Results. Click "Save".

To prescreen listings prior to delivery to your client:

1. Select the Client Name

2. Create the Search Name

3. Choose "Automatic Search"

4. Choose the expiration time and notification prompt time

5. Select "Send me a notification when the search runs "BCC"

6. Select "Do not post results to client web page." (This option appears only when Send Notification to the client when the search runs" is UNselected.)

This will correctly associate the Search to the Client for view on their dedicated Client Portal. New matches will be emailed to the Agent, and not posted to the Client until approved.

To Approve listings from this search, click the View Details from the email (delivered to agent ONLY):

Select the Listing and click the Emailer icon from the top menu:

Complete the settings, and send update to client.
