Searching via Tax Legal Description

Searching via Tax Legal Description

You can use the Tax Legal Description field and Show Advanced Options toggle to search for listings that contain special legal description terms, like “Metes and Bounds” for example.

You can add the Tax Legal Description field using the Add/Remove Fields button at the bottom right when searching.





Toggle ON the Show Advanced Options button at the bottom left. View the “Contains" dropdown appear next to Tax Legal Description field.
