This calculator allows you to prepare a seller’s statement comparing estimated funds a seller will receive or pay for different purchase financing scenarios.

  1. To access this calculator, click the Reports icon on the navigational menu bar.
  2. Then, click the Seller’s Net Proceeds link in the Financial Calculators section.
  3. Fill out as many fields as you can.
  4. To save default values to the net proceeds calculator, select Click here to save these estimates as your defaults at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click Restore Defaults to retrieve default fields.
  6. Click Calculate when finished.
