Searching Sold Comparable Status

Searching Sold Comparable Status

Listings that have been entered as Sold > Comparables reflect when the sale involved both a member and a non-member, otherwise known as having a One Party listing agreement. For example, this could be a new construction property in which the builder was the Seller and the Buyer was represented by a REALTOR. This is also used when a member represents a buyer in a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) transaction in which no listing agreement is in place.

Once the listing has been updated to Sold, it will automatically update to Non-BLC ®  List Agent, as long as "One Party" was selected for the Listing Type. To learn how to enter Sold > Comparable listings click here.

To search for a One Party listing, add the Listing Agreement field via the Add/Remove Fields button at the bottom of the Search module.

From the choices provided, choose One Party.

Change the status to Sold and view results.
