Subdivision Info Report in CRS Data

1. Open CRS Data from the Tax icon at the top of the page.



2. Ensure you have the correct county selected in the first box. Then, enter the subdivision name, an address, or street name from the subdivision you'd like to learn more about, and choose the correct result from the dropdown menu.

 

3. If you searched by subdivision or street name, click on an option from the results. If you searched by a specific address, you may be taken straight to the property report view.



4. Click on the Facts & Figures heading and choose Subdivision Info from the dropdown menu.



4. View the corresponding report for the Subdivision, which includes:
  1. Map
  2. Sales History
  3. Sales Data
  4. Property Characteristics
  5. Appraisal Values
