1. Put pressure on the door above the number "3" and then use the code or the app to unlock. If that works, rearrange the contents after testing the door with nothing inside.
2. Tap on the top, upper left and right on the black part of the lockbox and then try and open the lockbox. If that works also loosen the top two screws three or four turns.
3. It could be a power issue. To address this, you can use a 9-volt battery to power it from the outside of the lock. There are two silver contacts on the bottom of the lockbox where you can place the battery. I am attaching pictures to help show you how to do it. If this opens the door, change the internal battery with a CR123A lithium battery.
4. If the door opens, we advise that the lock be taken off what it is attached to and put it on a flat surface laying it first on the left side and then the right side. If the door locks and will not open on one side without using the code but opens freely with no code on the other side, the lockbox needs to be replaced.
