The Subdivision I'm trying to select is Not Available in the list
New subdivisions under development may be requested for addition to the list in the BLC.
Please be advised that for new developments not yet in the system, you can use Subdivision Not Available See Legal.
You can ensure the subdivision name is included in the Legal Description field for reference.
This will send a prompt to add a new subdivision to our table, but allow you to input the listing without delay.
