Transaction Activity

  1. Access the Transaction Management System (TMS) by clicking on the My Listings/Transactions link or icon on the My BLC Home Page.
  2. Select your transaction by clicking on the listing BLC number.
  3. The Activity tab logs emails and all other connectBLC communication activity. When a listing is emailed to a prospective buyer for viewing, it is recorded in the Activity Log along with the total number of times the listing has been emailed out. The log also displays the number of times a Buyer has indicated any interest in the listing via connectBLC. The Activity Log is only available to the Listing Agent who can then allow their Seller to view it if they so desire by checking the corresponding box.
  4. Once permitted, the Seller will have the ability to view the Activity Log from within their Client Portal.
