What type of showing should I be selecting in BrokerBay?
During the first step of booking a showing, you will need to select the Showing Type from the dropdown menu.
- Buyer/Broker: This showing type is applicable for essentially all showings that involve a Showing Agent bringing a Client to see a property for the first time.
- Buyer Visit: Additional showing after an offer has been accepted for the Buyer to perform a final walkthrough.
- Agent Inspection: A showing that only the Showing Agent attends (no clients in tow).
- Re-visit: Second or third showing for a Buyer without an accepted offer.
- Dual Agency: Indicates that the agent booking is acting on the behalf of both the Seller and the Buyer in the transaction/booking/etc.
- Appraisal: Indicates that an Appraiser will be present to perform an evaluation of the property.
- Home Inspection: Indicates that an inspection will be completed at the time of booking. Inspectors can use the additional Notes field to specify type of inspection.
