Using Analytics to View Area Showing Report

1. Click Analytics from the Main Menu to your left.



2. Review the warning pop-up and select I Understand.



3. Set the criteria at the top of the page for the area you are trying to report on; view the Showings box change numbers.




The Add Area button allows you to search for more specific areas. If you select this button, you can:

A. Choose to search by Region, City, or Neighborhood.



B. Choose to create your own custom area by selecting Custom followed by Create New Area.

Scroll around on the map and zoom in until you are at the desired location; choose Draw Area button at the bottom.



Similar to the Polygon tool in Matrix, click once to start the shape and then click again in multiple areas to outline the desired location. Once back to the start, the program will prompt you to name the area. Press Save, followed by Done in the bottom right corner.



If you'd like to compare areas, you can continue to Add Area and update the Analytics for easy viewing.
