Viewing & Managing Transactions for an Office or Brokerage
Brokers & administrative staff are able to access listings and transactions for all Agents in their office by selecting a name from the drop-down list located on the My Listings/Transactions page.
Note:
- An Agent’s My Clients page, Prospecting Manager, Saved Searches, and/or Settings are not available to a Broker/Administrator.
- Any change made to a transaction by a Broker or administrative staff will be tracked in the Activity Log.
- Brokers & administrative staff cannot view any transaction messages sent to or from others.
To view transactions and/or manage all transactions within an office (including uploading documents, adding participants, changing milestones, etc.):
- Navigate to the My Listings/Transactions page.
- From the drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner, select an Agent to view their transactions, or select All Agents to view all transactions for the office/company.
To learn more about managing transaction data, please review the My Listings/Transactions section of the Video Tutorials collection or Online Manual.
Note: Your membership account/login ID must be set to a Broker/Office Manager role to view all transactions within an office/company. Please contact the MIBOR Help Desk if you feel you should have the permission, but don’t have access to this section.
