A history of your messages are stored in your Message Inbox (chat bubble icon) located in the Top Menu Bar. 

Once inside your inbox you can search for any messages you have sent, received, or been included in by either searching for a subject line or a keyword within the message. 

By selecting See All you can keep track of your sent and received messages!
