We’ve Updated Our Participant & Subscriber Agreements
On or after July 1, 2024, when you log into the BLC® you will see a pop up with our revised Participant Agreement or Subscriber Agreement, depending on your membership type. Due to the practice changes going into effect on July 1, 2024, and other recent industry and technology developments since our agreements were last updated, we determined our Participant and Subscriber Agreements needed to be revised. These are binding legal agreements which are necessary for all MLSs to document the licenses and terms and conditions granted to brokers for use of the BLC®. When you log in to the BLC®, the notification will include the full agreement for your review and acceptance.
If you require any assistance or accommodation to read or access this Agreement, please contact the BLC Help Desk at helpdesk@mibor.com or (317) 956-1912.
