Guiding Message - Accessing Dashboard in Private Mode
Agents were confused when encountering an empty dashboard due to the browser
shortening the URL hash, which prevents data from being displayed. This often occurs
in private browsing or incognito modes. To resolve this, a message has been added to
inform users of the impact and encourage them to switch to normal mode.
Update Universal Search Bar Placeholder Text |
The placeholder text for the universal search bar has been updated to inform users that they can engage the search bar using the keyboard shortcut Shift + Enter. |
Land Listings Appearing as Unconfigured
Effective with the release of platform version 3.87, there was an update aimed to
automatically set the access type of new Residential - Land listings to Direct upon
creation. While this functionality is working as intended, these new listings are still being
classified as unconfigured.
Adjustments have been made to ensure these automatically defaulted listings are
recognized as configured without requiring manual intervention. This change ensures
that all dependent notifications and displays reflect their proper status, removing them
from unconfigured listings communications and visuals in both the agent dashboard and
admin queue.
Notifications not following Release my mobile number Toggle
After receiving reports of agents’ mobile numbers appearing in notifications even when
the Release my mobile number toggle is OFF, we have implemented fixes to ensure that
when the toggle is disabled for an agent, their mobile number will be hidden in all
booking and offer notifications sent to other agents and contacts. This change will
ensure user privacy and compliance with their preferences.
