Automated Feedback Reminder Notifications


Of the two automated feedback reminder notifications delivered to showing agents for 
completed showing appointments, an issue was identified with the first reminder, which
is scheduled to be sent one hour after the appointment ends.



This reminder was unintentionally sending multiple identical emails within a short time
frame, causing the potential to overwhelm the agents.

A fix has been prepared in this release to ensure that the first automated notification
only sends a single reminder reducing the confusion created by repeated messages.



Confirmed Time Change Email Notifications

An update to the email template for confirmed time changes, including a change to the
text and the addition of details of the previous appointment time, were all part of a
feature enhancement effort completed in Web v3.86 and Mobile v1.53.

This enhancement was revisited following reports that the old email template still

appeared when time change requests were confirmed via the mobile app. This release
includes fixes so that updated messaging displays consistently as intended ensuring
clarity for appointments with confirmed time changes.



Appointments Stuck in Central Showing Queue

Our Answering Service providers reported an issue with previously confirmed
appointments remaining in their Central Showing Queue. This issue was identified as
stemming from problems with the index and its stale appointment data.

To address this, the index has been rebuilt and an extended period of existing stuck
appointments removed. Scripts will again be run alongside the release of the fix to
ensure that their showing queues are up to date.



Outdated Tasks in Agent Dashboard

Select users reported that the Agent Dashboard’s Tasks card was populating
with already completed showing appointment tasks. Reported users' tasks
have since been updated and removed. 

Identified to have the same underlying cause for appointments being stuck in the
Central Showing Queue, the Agent Dashboard’s Tasks panel will be up to date
moving forward.
